Child has redeemed Minecraft for Windows 10. Order history shows but can't install.

I am not an expert, and I have the same problem. I first bought the "Minecraft: Java Edition", I wanted to use the redeem code to get "Minecraft for Windows 10", so I clicked "Redeem", I got the code, but when I entered it, it said "The code has already
been redeemed.", I checked my order history, it said that I had bought "Minecraft for Windows 10" using the code, but when I clicked install, it keeps showing me a small window with my code. I then checked whether if the account/email on Mojang, Minecraft.net,
and Microsoft Store, it was the same. So I don't get why I can't install "Minecraft for Window 10".

The migration process only transfer Mojang account information, that has no relationship with Minecraft windows 10, the account that redeemed the code for the bedrock edition it's the account that will have the access to it

Your order history will show the purchase because a code redeemed it's a game purchase

order history even if it was a gift, the code or game will show Purchased or redeemed on your account. If you do not see the purchase or redemption of a code then most likely it was on a different account. Are you signed into the new PC with the same exact
account you used on the old PC?

The e-mail and microsoft account is the very same I've been using several years by now, I haven't created another one at all, so it is the same, but in the microsoft's order history doesn't show anything.

But if I go to the Mojang's order history, I have this:

I erased the Gift code, but I have it there. I click the redeem button but it does nothing, it takes me to the Microsoft's website but nothing, takes me to this page: '' https://redeem.microsoft.com/?mstoken= -
- - - - - - '' and again, there is the gift code, but as I mentioned, the page remains blank, it only shows me the options on top of the site (Profile, my info, privacity and such).

Log in to a Microsoft store app in the Pc you would install the game with the account that has the game in the order history, go to your library, look for the purchase Minecraft windows 10 install

If it's a code for Minecraft for Windows 10 we can only redeem it through redeem.microsoft.com which will immediately be added to our order history in real-time.

We really need to locate the redemption transaction. Kindly ask if you may have redeemed it on your family member's Microsoft account.
