    Communication suspension

    I was playing yesterday and for some reason received a comm ban. I didn't break the CoC, so what is the deal? Please don't tell me it was because of some butt hurt child on COD that tried to talk *** to me and didn't like my response. I would like to
    have this lifted or a very good explanation as to what I did wrong. Either way, a comm ban of 28 hours was not needed, to include party chat.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and
    from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums. They are the only ones that can ban users.

    Why can't we be able to contact xbox support for wrongfully bans, I was in a game a week ago on Halo Infinite and a child got mad at me for beating him and I told him to get better and somehow he got me comm banned for a week just because I won a match on a game and someone got a little too mad.

    Is there a possibility you might have been comms banned? As to pertain, being comms banned will disable all of which you have said to be having issues with. Lemme know the answer and I'll keep trying to work out solutions with you!!
