    I've followed all the links in the rat maze and they all lead to no answers. My 10 y/o received a 24 hour ban for abusive language and we don't have chat enabled. I cant find out any more info. Can anyone help?

    Help with Enforcement Team Dispute

    Hi I was recently given a suspension for 27 hours.

    I have pored over the forums and read the "Case Review" information on the enforcement team website.

    I am given no option to submit a case review.

    The reasons given for my suspension are what I had reported abusive messages from another user for containing, i.e. profane/abusive language. I refrained from any abusive language in my communications and have been suspended.

    How do I submit a Case Review in this instance?

    I have been harassed and banned for reporting said harassment.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    Could of been a message they sent or something in their profile.

    @KLRSKIR but the COC also says you are not allowed to abuse, stalk, harass or threaten anyone on the live network. so how can that person get away with just a communication ban when he should have been banned off Live? i think the system is stupid if the
    poster got a 24 hr ban for having a word in there he shouldnt have (not saying i dont agree that it shouldnt have been in there anyway) whereas the person harassing him gets a slap on the wrist for something that is clearly a bannable offense. that is a load
    of crap honestly.

    Unwarranted Enforcement action

    If someone harasses you online just report that person or block him from further abuse. Retaliating is considered harassment and object to enforcement acts.

    Use the 24 hrs ban to read the Code of Conduct and reflect on your online behaviour.
