    Hello, I ask you to convert my child account into an adult, since I recently bought an Xbox then I have made an acc's age and so I am over 18 but still have a child account, so I would ask you to put it in to transform an adult!

    Hi There!

    First off you must be 18 years of age as determined by the date of birth on your Xbox Live Account. Also are you on the 360 or Xbox One?

    Child account promotion

    you can't change the age of an account once set until it reaches 18

    Once set you must remove the parental account

    If it reached 18 then it will promote if not and you changed the original birthrate then it will just ask for another account before you can play again

    If you're on a child account, you have to have parental settings. The only way to remove them is to promote your account to a child account. You can only promote your account if the age on your account is 18 or older.
