    Child account enforcement glitch


    My child was not on his xbox. He was in bed for hours prior and was still asleep when I received a notice in my email that there was an enforcement action against his account. I try to look at the enforcement action on the web page and it says there is no enforcement history for his account. It also wont let me contact anyone about it. I signed in to his xbox and he has a suspension notice on it.

    what's going on here? I cant get anywhere with this.

    I am sorry but I don't know what else to suggest on this one, as this is the first time I have seen the problem your having with the ban not showing up

    it wouldn't connect to an agent, when I tried. also if I click that its about an account ban it says there is no one to help me with that issue and sends me in link clicking circles
