Child Account Cant Log into XBOX app

No worries.

For PC, the account that purchased the game must be logged into the Microsoft Store app on your Windows. After downloading the game, download the Xbox app and log in with your child's account on the Xbox app.

After that just start the game normally, and the game will use your child's account.

Straight to the point, when I try going to “My Account” on xbox.com it just takes me to the support on how to change your child’s privacy settings. I was wondering if there is anyway to fix it since I cant change my settings in the xbox website.
Also include that I don’t have a console of my own I just use the xbox app to talk to friends.

Is the account you're logging into set up as a child's account under another account?

The only way is to create a new account as a child account. The birthday on Xbox.com is the one that cant be changed once it is set. So the adult account will stay an adult account. If you make a child account and the games are on his adult account. Set
the adult account as home, put a passkey on it so he cant log on it. Then the child account can use the gold and the games.

Hey, Have you logged into the emails assigned to each child's account? Also, log in to your own to see if you have any messages, it could be due to a family setting or account issue,

Check out the Xbox Family settings app on mobile I believe it is in beta but it is is really helpful for checking settings for your child's accounts.

Go to the windows settings, select the option accounts, click on email and accounts, click on add a Microsoft account, in which case you will add your child's account, as yours must already be logged into the system.

Now go to the Microsoft Store and log in with the account that has the game pass in it, which in this case is yours. Go to the Xbox app, and log in with your child's account, in this case, their profile.

*Important it is necessary that your account is logged in the Microsoft store, for the system to be able to understand that you have an active subscription.
