    Checking Service Status?

    So right now my internet is working fine on my computer and phone, but for my Xbox One thats different. It says I am connected to Internet, but isnt showing my friends list or friend page. All it says is "Checking service status...", and then after a bit
    it says "Service info unavaliable". Please help!

    Xbox service alerts had to do with the service status in your area. Based on that status you can check from your area if features of the service are available or not
