We couldnt connect to the store." in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Trying to purchase dlc for a game and its giving me this error. I cant redeem codes or purchase anything at all.     Trying to purchase dlc for a game and its giving me this error. I cant redeem codes or purchase anything at all. Had no issues just a few days ago. Have power cycled my console several times and double checked my region setting to make sure its accurate.
    Happening on two separate profiles on my console.

    I cannot purchase Xbox live gold. I get the message "try again later check your Internet connection and try again. We couldn't connect to the store.

    How are you trying to purchase the Xbox Live Gold subscription exactly? Are you doing this on the Xbox One console or on Xbox.com? If you Power Cycle your console are you able to make the purchase?
