I did, the store (a regular supermarket) was just the provider of the card. The partner company that activates the card (Toto Lotto GmbH) also stated all they do is to access the Microsoft API to activate the card. They checked the details and confirmed
the codes are registered as bought in Germany.

People are printing stickers over over the barcode and returning thr cards

When you scan the your card you would be activating someone else's card because they replaced your bar code e with thiers so that their card is activated not yours

If the bar code is raised when you got a fake card

Ita a common scam now

there is a possibility that the store you bought the card from hadn't correctly activated it one option is to go back to the store you purchased the code from and have them check if it was activated
