    Chatting with groupies when doing strike missions


    New to xbox live , just got an xbox one console and destiny. So very cool but one issue is I am unable to determine if it's my setup or that I am just not able to chat during strike missions with those in my group?

    I'm using the turtlebeach headphones (controller update required) which update did run successfully. I was able to skype a friend and was able to hear me so I am just curious. I have settings configured to be headset only not blended.

    Is anyone else having issues with their vanguard rep, when doing missions bounties, strikes, missions, and when you turn them they you don't receive any points?

    Why doesn't people play Destiny anymore?

    Why don't my friends play Destiny anymore. I need friends for doing strike missions and all my friends are just interested in raids. If anyone is interested in doing strike mission please send me a message. I have no one to do strike missions with.

    Maybe I should re-ask. Do I need to be friends with other destiny players to hear them in strike missions (chat) or does it not matter?

    Either you need to be in the same fireteam or change the chat channel on the strike, press select and right on the dpad

    Thanks, I was able to figure it out eventually. I think the Kinect mic setup was interfering with it

    Thanks, I was able to figure it out eventually. I think the Kinect mic setup was interfering with it
