    Can you chat with the enforcement? And if you can not, you have to put it, since I want to see the evidence they have when they suspend me. Since it's very easy to say what I've done, but I want to know what, since sometimes I'm suspended for things I do
    not do to anyone, like this last suspension

    I posted a discussion maybe two hours ago about why is it that we can only file a review to the enforcement team and are unable to call, chat, or email them like the xbox support team and they actually locked my discussion and sent me a link to file a
    case review with the enforcement team and said they’re sorry for this happening and they hope this helps solve the issue

    The enforcement history never get's erased for it stands as an indication to the previous behavior of the account's owner. The enforcement team takes in consideration previous enforcement acts when deciding for a permanent suspension in basis of repeated
    violations.

    To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     That is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they will not give specifics.

    No Sadly, but after a year it will let you become an ambassador ETC. it say's no prevous enforcement history. but it let me... and i've been suspended once about 2 years ago.
