Chat to a real agent

    I did exactly what you suggested.

    I went to the url and clicked "billing and accounts"

    There is no option to say "no thanks to the virtual agent"

    I went to the virtual agent and typed it there. It kicked me back to the support screen.

    I also typed in talk to a virtual agent on the support screen. It said ok then locked me out so I couldn't type or access a real person.

    Microsoft sucks! AAnd I still have questions...

    That link should take you straight to the "request callback" page where you can enter your number. Aside from that, is there anything we can help you with? if you'd like, you can let us know what you are having troubles with, and we can help you out.

    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    1. Click Billing (even if it's not for billing)

    2. Click No thanks to the virtual agent

    3. Click Error messages & codes

    4. Click Chat with Xbox Support or Request a callback.

    Not all of the options end in "chat with xbox support", but this one does.
