Hello

My account was hacked on April 15. After this, I couldn't login to my Minecraft console using Microsoft account anymore. I had active subscription to use Minecraft since about two years and now is gone.

After my account was hacked on April 15, When I try to sign on, it's tell me that I don't have Microsoft account and it was a message if I want to create new account, so I created.

After this, I was on chat with Microsoft support, and they was able to restore my original account and replaced that with my correct email address

and, I could login to Microsoft account, but no longer can login to my Minecraft Launcher using my own subscription.

Here is the message:

Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account.

Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

I reach out to Minecraft support and they told me that they cannot do anything as I need to contact to Microsoft Support as all subscriptions for minecraft are managed by Microsoft now, so please help me out.

I need to restore my Microsoft account prior April 15, before I created new account (on April 15 or April 16)

The email address which hacked my Microsoft account is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

On April 16, Microsoft put back my email address on my account, but again, I'm missing my subscription which I purchased in Dec 2020- Jan 2021.

Please restore my Microsoft account prior April 15, 2023.
