Chat Restrictions For Roblox

You can switch to in-game chat by going to the "Your party" panel in Xbox and selecting "Switch to game chat.

If you mean the in-game chat of Roblox then we recommend you submit a ticket to Roblox Support. The age restriction is somehow related to the games in Roblox in which they will be the best people to talk about the in-game chat.

Please check privacy settings. Make sure that your privacy settings allow for chat. Go to the Roblox website, log in to your account, and navigate to the privacy settings. Make sure the chat options are enabled.

And then verify your age on the Roblox website.

Next is to check the prental controls. If your account is set up as a child account, parental controls might be restricting chat. The parent account/ organizer must customize your Privacy and Security settings and allow you to be able to chat and access multiplayer too.

I don't believe you can change the age of an account on Roblox.

A DOB would have been entered when 1st playing Roblox, and it would be going off of that for content restrictions.

I know you said you've already contacted Roblox to no avail, but they will be the ones that can help you.

There's always the option to make a new Roblox account with an older DOB as well.
