Chat mixer dissapeared

my headset chat mixer has disappeared if the audio setting so I am not able to hear my games does anyone know how to fix it would be appreciated

Mixer Chat

On the Xbox can an option be provided to allow the control of chat scrolling speed. It impossible to view a chat that is active, just scrolls off the screen. Watching the stream and being able to read the chat is part of the total streaming experience which
is not occurring on the Xbox platform in Mixer.

is it in settings now cause mine did that also and i found it in settings when i synced my Turtle beach elite 800x for 100% wireless or maybe cause i also have settings on a phone app for turtle beach.

Still no chat mixer, I can hear chat but no game play? I still can't get into the headset chat mixer?

Turtle beach is a little off there sorry they are sending you to the Chat Mixer. Settings -- Display and Sound -- Volume to get to the chat mixer.

UPDATE.

I figured it out.

Hard reset the xbox with the headset plugged in. The new controller has the chat mixer turned all the way to chat and not to game . Put the mixer back to the middle and it works. Without the hard restart, the option to adjust the chat mixer is gone.
