Hola que tal? queria consultar si alguien tuvo el problema de no poder usar el chat de voz.

Tengo auriculares, escucho perfectamente las conversaciones de los demas, y hasta en las pruebas de char de voz que dan los juegos en sus opciones, me aparece que el micrfono me anda.

El tema es que cuando estoy en un grupo previo a jugar, o jugando, no me funciona el chat de voz(para hablar, si escucho lo que habla el resto).

Ya modifique la configuracion del juego, de la xbox y vi todas las opciones y no tengo solucion.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are not able to be heard in game or in Xbox live parties on your Xbox One S. Can you give us what your NAT type is reading? You can find that in the Network settings of your Xbox One.

Gracias por responder, he conectado los audífonos, y al entrar a los settings>audio, todo me aparece como activado, ninguna opción esta en MUTE.

En pantalla de settings voy a la opción CHAT DE VOZ donde me salen las siguientes opciones:

CHAT DE VOZ>Activado
MÉTODO DE CHAT DE VOZ>Micrófono activo
CANAL DE VOZ>Grupo
NOTIFICACIONES DE CHAT DE VOZ>Activo

La verdad no se que mas puedo hacer, ya que no logro conseguir contactar con el personal de atención al cliente de Xbox.
