    Turtle beaches are broken?

    How long ago did you first notice the issue? The sound you're referring to, is it chat channel sound? Or game audio?

    Ah, like in the game chat channels as opposed to party chat?

    Tbh, I've only used party chat so I'm guessing poor comms in the game voice channel is just down to the game itself and nothing at your end.

    I am also an ambassador, Please upgrade this to tech support. The Xbox operating system and a game is running the system at max; like crappy vista... This thing need to be streamlined. Running a Scorpio, GIG internet, asus rog router and open ports for game.
    This is issue is an xbox programming issue. Not some network problem. When i am in a chat group and playing( Cod4), if one person enter the group while playing every one in that chat will get that lag spike. So this is not a single console issue, it is across
    five or six units all with the same time experiencing the same thing.

    If you're connected to a Discord voice channel on your Xbox console, your party chat status will say “Discord” and the name of the voice channel that you're in. If you want to join or start an Xbox party chat, disconnect from the Discord voice channel so that you can switch over to game or party chat.
