    Hey Xbox so I had a party the other day and let one of my friends play on my xbox whilst I helped my mum downstairs and my friend used some foul language without my permission and it made me really upset that I got banned and makes me fustrated because it
    wasn't me and I beg to be unbanned I am truly sorry for what my friend did.

    Seems to me that the best way to ban someone is simply take away their ability to communicate. No chat. No messages. No nothing. Should still be able to play online if you are paying for the service though. Now if they are cheating then, yeah. Ban them from the service completely.

    Are Microsofts ridiculous banning practices starting to harm the Xbox?

    don't be an idiot and you won't get banned simple as that or stick to party chat with your friends who don't care what you say to them

    Hello!

    If your ban is for more than 24 hours you can request a case review by going to enforcement.xbox.com then How Do I? Then submit case review. If it is for less than 24 hours, you would just have to let it expire.

    How can you ban someone that has not even commented on this site? Are you illegally spying on me?

    if you have been banned it will be most likely on the console, any messages chats or in game chats that are reported will result in a ban if you break the terms and conditions.
