Chat ban because I sent what the player to him by accident instead of pressing report

Is there anyone that can help me? I never use foul language and frequently report those that do in game (Rocket league). Today I wrote out what the person said and that it was very offensive and clicked send,
before realising that I'd sent it to the person instead of reporting (I was in a rush).

He proceeded to report me and now I have a 24 hour chat ban. i don't want this on my account record, but on the Xbox enforcement page there is no way to get it reviewed. If a person looked at it it would be
obvious what happened, can anyone help?

Unfortunately since it's a 24 hour suspension all you can do is wait it out. The enforcement team would be the only ones who could lift the suspension and case reviews are the only way to contact them. Since a review would take longer than the length of
the suspension, they are not eligible for 24 hour suspensions.

I'm sorry for not specifying enough but here's another explanation, my reason for banning was that I still sent you a player through the Xbox chat pakito is not alive anymore in the form of a mockery oh joke because I beat him in a game of a game called dead by daylight but the player doesn't seem to take it very seriously and decided to report me, in fact it's not the first time this has happened to me there are words on the Xbox that you can't mention and you can get banned for it but what I said above wasn't nothing bad I just wanted to be funny because the gamer tags of the player who reported me is Pakito is alive I don't see the point of being banned for 8 days for that and I want them to reduce the ban to remove it because I didn't know that it wasn't I could say that word oh they were going to veto me for something like that.

Unfortunately you can only be reported for breaking the code of conduct, a ban will only occur if this is found out to be the case.

If he broke the code of conduct you can report him by using the party chat feature of report a player.

Why do you think that nothing would happen if you reported him?

As you experienced for yourself, every report is being reviewed by a real human being on the Enforcment Team, and if you reported a message that violated the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, that other person would be suspended as well.

So in the future: Don't give anyone a reason to report your message, by not using swear words or other offensive content. Instead, simply report messages you find offensive, and block that person.
