    why are these never working, Xbox suspend your account then mess you around for 3 days and make it impossible for the customer to talk to anyone after being told they would get a call back within 24 hours which never happens.

    Call them back and tell them it's not there, I just checked for you, it offers, Ambassador chat or twitter, or call back etc, no email.
