never been banned since the beginning of xbox live, but i know plenty who have, my secret to never getting banned, never communicate over xbox at all, no messages no party chat no in game chat, i use different communication methods, i now use discord all the time.

There's more messages he sent before I told him to go message his [mod removed] teammates.. i shouldn't get a 24 hour ban for that at all.

He should be banned for 72 hours for harassment. He definitely does that to others also. So why isn't he banned??

As others have said, you don't get console banned for killing people in games, if that was the case everyone who played CoD would get console banned.

You get console banned for breaking the terms of usage that you or your son agreed to when you bought the console.

Perhaps have a word with your son and ask him if he has been sending messages to other players, if so perhaps look at them (they are all stored on your console and on Microsofts servers) if he has been send offensive messages then this can get an account
banned, but shouldn't get a console ban.

Something else that can get an account ban is team killing, if your son was killing players on his own team then again that's not tolerated, even if someone else was doing it (know the saying two wrong don't make a right?)
