Charging my cancelled debit card

I stopped playing video games a couple months ago and cancelled all the memberships by calling and also by dojng it through the website. Two weeks ago I cancelled my debit card and got a new one and I was charged $24.99 today...

It doesn't make sense how I cancelled my debit card and the membership yet still charged. Trying to reach out to you guys is probably harder than getting in touch with Biden and this is just ridiculous. I'm furious going through this pain in the
[Mod Removed - Profanity] now trying to have this fix. Calling the bank and reporting fraud 100% and havent shared my new debit card with anyone. I never put my routing and account with Microsoft so this is very very suss.

It is charged to my phone bill, not from my debit/credit card, so not sure how much use cancelling the card will be

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently informing us about a charge on your account that you did not authorize.

You mention that you were charged for a subscription once more; were you able to verify this via your

Order history, or did you see this charge somewhere else?

If you subscription was cancelled, you may be able to see a difference in the subscription dates by reviewing the

Services and subscription page.

Additionally, when you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I don't recognize a charge then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I have charges on my debit card for xbox live. I do not even know what an xbx live is. I have had charges in September and now October.

How do I cancel this> when I do not subscribe??? Do I trust that when I change my debit card the xbox charge will stop> Or continue?

Please advise. Thank you - I cannot afford this.

Hello,

For Auto-Renews such as EA Access, or Xbox Live require a credit or debit card. (Or PayPal if you have it). The card is not charged if you cancel it in time for only 1 month to be charged.

So how can the bank decline them charges? Wont Microsoft just charge me anyways till this is resolved and if i cancel this debit card what other way can they pay me back?
