Kindly check other Microsoft accounts that you have to check the order history and validate because if there is no order history on your end there may be someone that is using your card and you may need to reach out to your bank to cancel them.

In my experience, your bank is being “helpful” and moving a recurring payments from recognized sources over to the new card.

If you don’t mean that you have obtained a new credit card from the bank, then likely the fuel card remains on your account, and the subscription is tied to it, I assume that’s what you keep getting charged for

3. If the charge is recognized:

Since they are seeing a charge on their bank/credit card that they don't recognize, you can login to his Microsoft Account and view the
Order History. The date they were charged on their card will show the subscription if it was done through your sons account. You can also check yours
the same way.

Note: There isn't a way to prove where the transaction occurred to my knowledge.
