Charges that are not ours

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums regarding this issue. Do you still have access to your account or does it look to have been hacked? Do you share this console with anybody else that could have made the purchases? Go ahead and take a look at
the following support articles for help with both of these situations.

If it is that somebody made these purchases on a different account then I would advise that you reach out to your bank so that they can take a look at this possible fraud case and get your card information cancelled and replaced.

If you wish to speak to an Xbox agent to see if they can review your account and provide more information on these transactions you can always request a callback from
Xbox Support.

You’d need to contact support directly. Start at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and select ‘I don’t recognise a charge’ under ‘Subscriptions & billing’, then start a live chat or request a call back to speak with someone.

You can also go through the Microsoft Support portal (different from Xbox Support) https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact - type in ‘Talk to Agent’ in the text box, select the blue ‘contact support’ button, select ‘Other Products’ > ‘Billing and account profile questions’ and then confirm and chat with an agent.

There’s a new way to investigate an unrecognised charge from Microsoft with your card security details, and you can find out the Microsoft account where the charge was made.

Alternatively, reach out to your card issuer to dispute the charge.

I'd say Microsoft, since they're in charge of our profiles.

Either that or they super charged our consoles through a digital update.
