charges not authorized

Are you sure it's an actual charge and not an authorization? An authorization looks like a pending charge but it's just holding the funds aside. If you have a debit card, it will be a charge but it will be reversed after the authorization has been dropped.

its a .50 charge that is non refundable. Read what you authorize, the .50 after it is authorized, is given to charity. It's in the fine print.

if 10.04 mxn is 1dollar US then those are authorization charges

either contact your bank and see if they allow for online puirchases and reoccuring charges or contact support in your region

authorization charges are refunded after being held by your bank within 24-48hours
