charges not authorized

Hi,

I just received an email from Microsoft reguarding an invoice for a purchase of a game on my account.

I'm trying to contact in order to understand how can be possible (I was out for dinner), I would like to understand more.

Any experience about purchase on your account not authorized. Can I be rembursed?

STATUS CODE: 80190848

When you purchase a subscription it's set to automatically renew and the charge is run as a recurring or pre-authorized charge. Rarely credit cards, some debit cards and MOST prepaid debit cards will not allow pre-authorized charges. You can contact your
bank and ask them to allow pre-authorized charges on that card, if they say no you will have to use a different card.

Microsoft Stole from Bank Account

You authorized any and all charges when you confirmed everything when you sign up on subscription, and add your card. They did not "steal it" you authorized it.. Unless your child, brother, sister, anybody 'stole' your card and added it without your permission.
Then you can get your money back by pressing charges for fraud

Are you sure it's an actual charge and not an authorization? An authorization looks like a pending charge but it's just holding the funds aside. If you have a debit card, it will be a charge but it will be reversed after the authorization has been dropped.

its a .50 charge that is non refundable. Read what you authorize, the .50 after it is authorized, is given to charity. It's in the fine print.

that would be authorization charges

if 10.04 mxn is 1dollar US then those are authorization charges

either contact your bank and see if they allow for online puirchases and reoccuring charges or contact support in your region

authorization charges are refunded after being held by your bank within 24-48hours
