Charges again after Xbox rep deleted my card from account

Can I have a number to call in? My card was last charged over $150 dollars. I spoke to an operator who said they were not going to refund my mind and that they had removed my card form the xbox account and that there will not be anymore charges to that
card. I check my account last night, charges again. I need to know what is going on?

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. If your card has been removed from your account by a Support agent and you then received charges to the same card, you may wish to first

check your Xbox purchase history. If you do not see those charges listed, then its possible that the card may be attached to a different account on your Xbox or in your household. We on the forums don't have the tools

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Talked to a rep to verify that my credit cards were deleted from the account, they assured me they were. My son used a gift card, the rep suggested that’s how we make purchases from now on, to buy a game last night. I woke up this morning to 10 additional charges for the same game on my credit card. Not only were my credit cards back in the system but we charged 10 times for the same purchase. Tried to call in and was put on hold for 45 minutes before I just hung up.

it wont let you remove your card until the membership is over. thats bull! they charged me 3 more months after i havent even turned my xbox on I BOUGHT 1 month. they wont refund or do anything. so im deleteing everything and sellling my xbox. microsoft needs
to fix that. you cant hold someones account. or advertise ONE month and keep charging. they dont need to assume we want to renew. ASK. better business bureau needs to attack this. i dont want to wait another hour on the phone just to get a live rep to send
me to another live rep.
