Discus and support Charged with no game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I tried to download Thief on xbox one and after 3 failed tries and errors I restarted my console and when I got back on I see I was charged for it once...     Charged with no game


    I tried to download Thief on xbox one and after 3 failed tries and errors I restarted my console and when I got back on I see I was charged for it once but I did not receive the game. I used money that was in my microsoft account to purchase it but I did
    not get the game and it's telling me to pay for it again. Not sure what forum to go to or anything so I hope this is the right one.

    this seems to be a growing problem it happened to me as well all you can do is call support. they will have you clear your cache, delete and re-download your gamertag, and delete a market file. If those are unsuccessful they will have to hand it over to
    the advocacy team which i hear can take up to about couple of weeks depending on the situation and it seems to be grow so best guess is contack them so they can get to your problem faster.

    Hello,

    You may want to check your download history to make sure it's not listing your purchase there. You can do so by going to your Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History.

    If it isn't then I'd check the Microsoft Commerce and Billing transaction history
    here. If you see the game successfully in the commerce history, please
    contact phone support if you're not able to see the game in your download queue or download history.

    Why was my pre-order cancelled?

    The test charge is usually refunded after a couple of days and then you are fully charged within 10 days of the game's release. If they are unable to charge you at that time, then the order is cancelled and you would not have been charged.
