Charged twice, reversed once, now I dont have live!

Hi, I contacted support just a few minutes ago and they ended up sending me here. So, my card got charged twice and they returned one transaction but then there was no record on their end of the second transaction. So on my end, I paid $47.99 for a year
subscription that is not on my account. They suggested disputing the card charge, which I will do...however I would still like to have live. The promotion that we purchased is now over but I would really like to be able to get my year of live discounted still,
since technically that is what I actually paid for. I hope you can help me! Thank You!

Charged Twice

Hi, I was charged twice for a yearly subscription to Xbox live for 59.99+tax in the same day. I cancelled my subscription for Xbox live and should be getting a refund. After doing so I don't have Xbox live but am being billed for having it. Due to being
charged twice only one of them will come off my bank statement. How can I cancel my subscriptions and get a full refund and purchase xbox live once and be billed properly for one payment?

i was charged twice on my visa card once on the 4/15 and other on 4/21 for xbox live what is for and how do i stop it

tell xbox support they refund one of them or try to you dont need to be charged twice it might been a glitch it didnt think you was charged once so it charged you again im sorry about that

I have been charge 49.99 today on 10/ 16 /23 this happens more than once me being charge at different times. I don’t have an Xbox system or any thing with micosoft would like to get a refund and have the situation stopped ASAP. My email [mod removed] please get back to me asap

This is just a public forum made up of mostly gamers such as yourself so id advise removing your email from this post as anyone in the world can now see it.

That being said if you dont have a anything Microsoft related (even a Microsoft account) then youd have to have your bank reverse the charges and block any future charges.

The reason for this is in order to stop/reverse the charges from Microsoft's end you would have to have access to the Microsoft account where the charges are coming from in the first place.

The chargeback went through but now its getting reversed by my bank since I told them it was a mistake. The money has gone back out of my account, it's still pending as a charge but once it post should I get access to my game again ? I would love to get a hold of someone in Microsoft but they have no live customer support

This means the purchase failed, in this case the pending charge will be reversed back to your bank within 7 days. You can attempt to buy Game Pass again now, or wait until the charge is reversed. Please reach back if you have further questions.
