    Will not refund a double charge for xbox live subscription after submitting a refund ticket. Poor service. No number to contact support.

    Hi, I was charged twice for a yearly subscription to Xbox live for 59.99+tax in the same day. I cancelled my subscription for Xbox live and should be getting a refund. After doing so I don't have Xbox live but am being billed for having it. Due to being
    charged twice only one of them will come off my bank statement. How can I cancel my subscriptions and get a full refund and purchase xbox live once and be billed properly for one payment?

    If you are having a hard time setting up a call. you can try returning one of the subscriptions through our

    Refund Request site.     You will be asked to provide some basic info on the order and afterwards your case will be sent out to a refund specialist. Hope this helps! Charged Twice for xbox live subscription no refund :)

    Are you saying you were charged twice for the same month?

    You might have recurring billing turned on, this is the default setting. To change this go to your Microsoft account online, at the top there is a tab for Services & Subscriptions. Click that tab then look in the list for Xbox Live, this is the current status
    of your account. Look under the Xbox Live and you should see in blue lettering a Recurring Billing turned or off. You click on change then turn off Recurring Billing. If you were charged twice then you will have two months of Xbox Live, you wouldn't be charged
    twice for one month. If you wish to get further help go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus and you can ask for a refund.
