    I recently changed my billing info from my credit card to my PayPal account to pay for my annual Xbox Live Gold subscription. For some reason I was charged £39.99 twice, instead of just once, so I ended up paying £79.98. Does anyone know why this is or
    how I can get the £39.99 back?

    directly, since they can see your account and determine what went wrong. Be sure to choose "billing" as the reason for your issue, and if you are asked to speak to a virtual agent, decline it. Then you'll get other options, such as requesting
    a free callback or speaking live to a Microsoft employee online.
