    Charged Twice for undelivered order


    Hi, I recently ordered a wireless dongle for my xbox one controller to link to my pc, it said it was going to be here on the 12th but is now 4 days late, additionally yesterday I received an additional charge via PayPal from Microsoft when there couldn't possibly have been a duplicate order or mistaken purchase. Just looking for any information on whether my package is actually going to arrive or whether I will have the additional charge returned.

    I see. If you were charged twice by your bank, please do contact them to dispute the other charge and inform them that you are only seeing one completed transaction on your account's order history.

    It doesn't show that I bought the game twice but when I check my bank statement it shows that Microsoft charged me twice.
