    Perhaps you bought it on another account? If this is not the case I would try resetting your Xbox but I feel that won't resolve the issue... if your issue isn't resolved I would head over to Xbox
    Supportsupport.xbox.com     Explain your situation there and I'm sure everything can be resolved! I'm really sorry to hear about this and so sorry for the inconvenience!

    Is Xbox play anywhere dead?

    Sunset Overdrive was before the program was implemented fully. The others are not published by Microsoft and not subject to the program except Minecraft. That's them knowing they can charge twice.
