    I came back to Xbox after a while not playing and had to buy Xbox live again however I’ve been charged twice for a 3 month subscription. If you could let me know how I can be refunded for the repeated purchase and the proof you may need that would be great

    charged twice for one game?

    hello I purchased the game ark in the xbox live store today and I had two emails telling me I the payment was made I checked my account and it looks like I have been charged twice for the one game.

    no payments are showing up in my bank yet so could you please confirm that I have not been charged twice.

    Charged twice for Xbox Live subscription?

    Exactly as the title says, my monthly payment is normally x amount, and this month there was an added 5.99. When I checked billing, it said I'd been charged twice for Live.

    Better check your payment statement, this literally happened to me yesterday (with the same games) and every single time it said "Oops. Not sure what happened there." I received a charge. I used live agent chat and the man there charged me twice more trying to "check the error."

    Just to clarify, they are charging you twice on Xbox account associated with the same email, but charged to two different payment methods with different corresponding Purchase Orders?

    If so, have you tried reaching out to Xbox Support via telephone or Live Chat, rather than email during normal business hours?
