    Charged twice for Halo Master Chief Collection Pre-Order


    I was charged twice for my Halo Master Chief Collection Pre-Order, the first time I tried to purchase it I was kicked back to the Store screens and didn't indicate that the purchase was successful. So I did it again and it was successful. However, I got
    two confirmation emails and two charges on my credit card. Can someone in billing help me with this? I couldn't find a phone number or email address to contact.

    Will Halo MCC be a Digital Download?

    Now,i think it's easy to say that Halo Master Chief collection will be available in digital.

    And we will be able to pre order/pre download it.

    So for this issue you will need to call customer support. If you have been billed twice for the same game on the same gamer tag they will see this in your account and they will be able to refund you, but you will need to call support, as Billing agents are
    only contactable through direct contact like phone or Official chat. This is because they need to verify you as the customer before they can entre your account.

    As I Don't know your country here are all of the country's Charged twice for Halo Master Chief Collection Pre-Order :) over kill? better than none.

    Hello chrisgerrad1,

    Thank you for confirming. Halo: Combat Evolved does require Halo: The Master Chief Collection in order to play. Combat Evolved acts as an add-on of sorts for the Master Chief Collection. You will need the full purchase of the Master Chief Collection in order to own all the titles within the package.

    Only getting three this year Dragon age Inquisition, Destiny and Halo The Master Chief Collection. Already have Destiny pre ordered and payed off, gotta pre order Dragon age at some point and I am getting the master chief collection for my birthday :)

    Batman Arkham Knight is delayed till next year just a heads up unless that news has changed.
