    I renewed Xbox live through my Xbox but couldn’t play games online or join parties as it said that I still didn’t have Xbox live. So I thought I must’ve made an error in purchasing and clicked to buy xbox live again and it worked and now I’m able to use
    Xbox live. But I have now realised I have been charged twice. I want to know if there is any way to get a refund as the first time I purchased the Xbox live subscription I was not being given the service.

    Hi, I was charged twice for a yearly subscription to Xbox live for 59.99+tax in the same day. I cancelled my subscription for Xbox live and should be getting a refund. After doing so I don't have Xbox live but am being billed for having it. Due to being
    charged twice only one of them will come off my bank statement. How can I cancel my subscriptions and get a full refund and purchase xbox live once and be billed properly for one payment?

    My son just purchased XBox Gold live tonight. Payment wasn't processed initially, so we tried again. I now find out I have been charged twice for the very same subscription and have no clue how to get a refund for one of the subscriptions.

    Any Advice please !
