Charged twice for a game that i did not get and i can not see it in order history??

I see. If you were charged twice by your bank, please do contact them to dispute the other charge and inform them that you are only seeing one completed transaction on your account's order history.

Hi, thanks for the response, I have contacted my bank they told me both charges did not go through yet and I have received the refund for the first amount yesterday but did not get the other, as per my previous email it was charged twice( $ 30 something) for the game Insurgency Sandstorm it was on sale. I assumed maybe the game will now appear in my order history since I did not get the full amount, so I've but still no game. Am I missing something here?

I have tried live chatting with an agent twice, but they suddenly disconnected each time. I reported that there is no transaction ID since it doesn't appear in my order history, but my bank account shows the charges. How can I get a refund for these charges?

I would ring support, and get them to check your purchase history. When they see you were charged twice, they will refund the extra.
