    Charged Twice, Again


    Hey y’all! So I got charged twice for purchasing a game and I submitted a refund request, and I got refunded and got the game taken away—which is great, I asked for that. But according to my bank account, I recieved the refund and got charged twice, again...

    For reference, I bought 2 games: Little Nightmares and the Silent Hill HD Collection. LN is the game I wanted to be refunded. I was charged $14 for one game.

    Since I can’t complete a second refund form since there’s no actual game to refund anymore, I don’t know how to move forward with these charges. Anyone know where I should go to from here?

    tell xbox support they refund one of them or try to you dont need to be charged twice it might been a glitch it didnt think you was charged once so it charged you again im sorry about that
