Hello. i bought "one month" Xbox live gold on October 31st 2020 and today on November 16th 2020 my Xbox live was canceled saying that i need to renew it, i cannot get a hold of anyone in support and if i had not have taken my card off my account it would
have charged me again like it did last month. please assist me because paying $20 a month for "$9.99 Xbox live gold" is robbery.

(i even looked at my purchase history and it doesnt show where i bought gold on the 31st yet i have an email confirming my purchase)

Based on what you had posted here you may have had Xbox Live Gold up until Feb 8th. Most likely, it was in the middle of the monthly subscription and they may have canceled the sub and removed the pending charge.

The other issue about being charged twice for Xbox Live is again an issue when the system tries to charge your card for a month and there's either not enough funds or the bank doesn't process the charge. Meanwhile your subscription remains active but the
charge is pending. Then you get into the next month of Xbox Live gold and the charge for the last month and the next month go through when there's funds on the card.

Xbox Support should be able to see when your billing date is and see the pending and attempted charges and then finally the successful charge for those two previous months.

It means that the time you got left on those suscriptions will be automatically converted to Ultimate Areeb.

Here is the convertion ratio:

1 month of Gold = 20 days of Ultimate

3 months of Gold 50 = days of Ultimate (1+ month)

6 months of Gold 79 = days of Ultimate (2+ months)

12 months of Gold 4= months of Ultimate

24 months of Gold 8= months of Ultimate

1 month of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 20 days of Ultimate

3 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 2 months of Ultimate

6 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 4 months of Ultimate

12 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 5 months of Ultimate

24 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 10 months of Ultimate

Yes 1 month is 20 days, but remember buying 12 1 month golds is way more expensive than buying 1, 12 months gold, hence why you get less for 12 months gold. 3 months gold = 2 months ultimate.

Games with gold on xbox one has always stated 1 game per month. You arent paying for games with gold this is an extra to your gold membership with no extra charge.
