Charged over $200 for a $46.66 Gold membership

I was attempting to buy a $46.66 gold membership (33% off on Xbox store). After some attempts by myself and a representative I was told it isn't possible. So instead I was given the option to pay the regular Gold membership price ($69.99 + tax) and be given
the difference in Microsoft credit ($27).

I was charged $53 for the initial attempt at the discounted price, then charged again for $80 for the regular price of a Gold membership, as well as a $27 dollar charge (im assuming for the $27 of Microsoft credit I was told would
be free??) THEN I woke up to another $53 charge. So I am currently out roughly $210 for an Xbox Live Gold membership.

I've been trying to connect with a representative but keep getting an error and the call line is closed for another 2 hours. This is ridiculous.

Can't add family member to my account

There are two people still listed as live family members, yet I am suddenly not. And yes, we were sold a gold family membership last October that was supposed to be good till January 2015, on top of what was left on ours current membership. Infact, it looks
as the "main" acct holder was charged twice over two days for the gold family membership plus charged a 1 month gold membership.

 

Still paying after free membership

I have been an Xbox Gold member for over a year. In August, I purchased the Office 365 offer, which included a year of Xbox Gold membership. I obtained and redeemed the code to claim my free year of Xbox Gold membership. I am still being charged on my
credit card on a monthly basis. How do I get the Xbox Gold membership monthly payment removed from the ongoing billing?
