    Hi there,

    Yesterday, September 23rd, I purchased two games currently discounted on Deals with Gold, but was charged the full, undiscounted price for these two games.

    The games are:

    Styx: Shards of Darkness

    Deals with Gold - 60% off

    Regular price - $64.99

    Sale Price - $26.00

    I was charged - $64.99

    Order # 6517645685

    and

    Kholat

    Deals with Gold - 33% off

    Regular price - $19.99

    Sale price - $13.39

    I was charged - $19.99

    Order # 3374553403

    If you could please refund the overcharged amount on these games, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    I believe the OP is saying he/she purchased the sale game and the price did not update for the sale and charged him/her full price?

    Hi, Microsoft does not lower prices of content just on demand. If the specific item is not on sale then you will have to pay full price for the item you want. :)

    Even if it was only for yesterday, the fact is that it showed the sale price when i went to check it and then charged me the full price. Had it been listed at full price, it would not be a problem since I would have been charged the advertised price.

    It's highly likely the sale price is a one time thing, you'll get the sale price for the first charge, any subsequent charges will be the normal price.
