    Charged for Xbox live (£49) but haven’t got it.


    Im a bit desperate for help,my son hadnt used hes xbox fora long time online due to being in hospital,then it broke so i purchsed a pro and put on hes username ect.he still isnt well enough to use it so its just sat there but this morning i found that
    the xbox live subscription has been taken from my bank account but its not showing up on hes xbox profile account.i know ive messed up big time when hes old one broke asuming that it would just transfer over But i know nothing of gaming on an xbox.can some
    experianced gamer please tell me what ive done without being unkind to me please?

    I paid £429 for a XBOXONE, Titfall, COD Ghosts, a play an charge kit and 3 months of live. so minus the RRP of the extras EG- £49 for Titfall, £54 for Ghosts, £15 for 3 months of live, £20 for play an charge my console cost me £296.

    You must have an active network connection to play xbox live matches

    this is still happening to me now i have got 14 wins and 49 losses from being constantly getting the message " you must have an active xbox live connection to play xbox live matches" but when i look at my dashboard i am still connected to the xbox live :(
