Charged for Xbox Game Pass even unsubscribed

I have already unsubscribed Xbox Game Pass on Mar 6, 2022 but I was still being charged in these few months. Can I ask for cancellation for the auto payment and refund please?

p.s. I have also removed all payment methods

That's due to a subscription you have. You can either unsubscribe from the service you're being charged for or turn off recurring billing.

If you unsubscribe before the fourth month you can purchase the game pass for 3 months. You just need to unsubscribe. It could be difficult from the console. Use there website to unsubscribe.

Usually with these "Games Pass for $1 for first month" if you unsubscribe straight away, it literally cancels your games pass.

The best way to get access to it for $1 is to only unsubscribe close to the renewal date, like a few days before.
