    Charged for v-bucks I did not purchase


    There have been several purchases of v-bucks on Fortnite show up on my account which I did not buy. The account has a keycode which no one knows but me so I do not think anyone else in the house could have purchased them. I have changed the password but
    I'm not sure what else I should do. Is there any way of telling what v-bucks have actually been downloaded and not just from the purchase history?

    Purchase not showing up on account

    So I'm trying to buy V-Bucks through fortnite but when I try to complete the purchase it says I need to ask permission, that whole process is fine but when my parent got the email he approved it but he also added $10 to my account on accident, so he was
    charged with the V-bucks and the $10 (a total of $20.70) however, when I go to my account I do not have the V-Bucks only the added money, and the v-bucks do not show up in my purchase history but the added money does, then my father got the receipt for both
    the v-bucks and added money, yet the v-bucks do not show up in my account only the added money. Does anyone know how to fix this or refund (I know purchases are non-refundable).

    Up until last night, I had the Leviathan axe in Fortnite on xbox (One-handed pick axe) but then today, it's gone! How can I get this back?

    Did you recently request a refund for any of your v-bucks purchases? To check, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to validate.

    Because if we have requests refund for v-bucks the items that was used with that v-bucks will be removed.
