    Hey there - as the subject says... we rented a movie, but it wouldn't play and then trying again later it was listed as expired...

    Never mind i double checked and now the movie has appeared again so no problem

    Hi i have just purchased a movie Thor 2:The dark world for 99p but when i went to watch it a few moments later it said it said it had Expired and i have still been charged. Help or a refund please.

    Licensing Time/Purchase Expired

    Videos are all rentals. I believe you have 24 hours from the second you hit play on it. After that, the rental expires and you have to rent it again.

    In order to get the codes, you had to play the game before the offer expired on December 31, 2015. If you just now played it, you wouldn't be eligible.
