    For most refunds you'll need to go directly to the Xbox refund page or contact Xbox phone support.

    You can check your subcription status on your account to see if it was processed. You don't actually recieve anything other than permissions. Plus it can take a couple days to process. In the mean time you should be able to find out for sure if you get
    in contact with support.
