Charged for mw2 pre order and canceled

When pre ordered mw2 I got charged for it and I got the stuff for mw19 and got to play the betta and campaign but on release last week on Friday I got no game and it showed up "you need to buy this to use it" and I didn't credit the money back that took me all a few months to work for. I'm just looking for a reason and if I can get this solved because I'm not the only one and the perchance confirmation will be shown in a picture (I have erased all sensitive info)

Yes, this is an acknowledged issue , the pre-order was cancelled for some players unfortunately

If you have a charge for this game in your payment method you're going to receive a refund
Refund estimated time can be up to 3-5 business days, but it can take more than expected due to internal processes with your financial institution

You can try waiting until the money arrives to your account or if you want you can purchase the game right away

You canceled the pre-order, do you know if you were ever charged for it? How long ago was the pre-order canceled?

If you pre-order with a credit card/Paypal you're not charged until within 10 days of the game's release. So until you've been charged, you can just cancel the pre-order and then pre-order the better version.

Probably your card could not be charged and that is why the pre order got canceled.
