    Unable to receive download

    I too am having issues with purchases. However I HAVE been charged and unable to play or download my content. It keeps asking me to pay for it.

    Charged for dlc but unable to play.

    Mistakenly posted before finished. My bad. So I was charged for these purchases and they seemed to download but aren't in my console and they want to charge me again if I go to redownload. I checked my history and downloaded from there but it does the same
    thing.

    Oblivion, wizards, tower, DLC

    This happened to me as well. I am unable to purchase the Wizard’s Tower DLC on Xbox Marketplace on my console or on a desktop computer. I tried 4 times and have been charged but have no DLC. I’m using an Xbox Series X. I was able to download and purchase the other 9 DLCs with no issues. The Wizards Tower is the only DLC I am unable to purchase. Please tell me how I can download the DLC. Thanks for your time.

    Xbox Play And Charge Kit Won't Charge

    When you first got your play and charge kit, did you plug it in and let it charge uninterrupted without playing for one full charge?

    If not, it did not charge properly and will not function properly, suck as losing charge or being unable to charge properly.

    Thank you for your reply, are you sure that cloud playing checks dlc ownership? because I am unable to access the dlc while cloud playing even while signed into the account that owns the dlc

    Taking away gameplay, and Xbox not caring about it's customers

    Quit *** why should you get for free what others paid for? Instead of whining and making a thread get a job and buy the DLC like the rest of us. You don't like that gears charges for DLC then play something else.....oh wait they all charge for DLC rere.
    You can still play wingman and CTL if you don't think you can then you are an idiot.
