    Charged for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare game but says my payment option can't be used?


    I just tried to purchase the new Call Of Duty game on Xbox 360 and my card declined, but I recieved a text from my paycard saying 59.99 has been spent from my account on that game. So, I need to either be able to download the game or Microsoft needs to add
    that lost money back into my account. What do I do?

    Can't download COD AW

    I can't download Call of Duty Advanced Warfare it stops at 0% and says "Can't download" please reply. I would really appreciate it Charged for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare game but says my payment option can't be used? :D

    Nope, even on the Microsoft website the bundle says Day Zero:

    I can't play online with my xbox one with advanced warfare at all tried to connect to online and it kicks me off. My live works with all my other games but doesn't work for call of duty advanced warfare this is real frustrating.
