charged for BioShock 2, but game did not download!

I just purchased BioShock 2 on xbox live using Paypal and it said " this action cannot be performed at this time please try again later."

Right after that I received an email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** with my receipt for the purchased game. It is not in my download history or showing that I ever bought the game, but I have been charged.

Please help!

Where is my Bioshock?

Hello, I am an Xbox Live user from Poland. Yesterday I have bought Bioshock thanks to the 2K sale. My account has been charged, but the download did not go through. It started, went up to 5% and stopped. There was a message: "unable to download Bioshock
aaaand that is it. So I have no money and no game. Please help me with my problem. Thanks in advance!

Need help with the download of Bioshock

Good morning,

I am from Brazil and recently i have bought in a deal in the week the game Bioshock 1 and 2. But, the Bioshock 1 when reach 18% the download is cancelled. I did no have this problem with the Bioshock 2. I download him 100%.

Anyone plis know what happened?

I downloaded the big sister outfit for the game bioshock 2. It was downloaded and its not letting me put the outfit on it says to restart the game and we did that. It also said look in my games did that and not there. What do u suggest I do thanks.

In the last 3 weeks;

Halo Wars 2 did it once, then got on with downloading.

Downloaded all 3 Bioshocks without issue.

Plus one other game that I forget, also without issue.

All Game Pass.

Not even the haters could hate a Bioshock game Lord Dirt? or wait they did Bioshock 2 because they added MP which you didn't have to play

Are you still having issues getting Bioshock 2 today?
If so, can you tell us if you're trying to purchase Bioshock 2 or if you've already purchased Bioshock 2 and you're trying to download it from your Download History.
Are you able to purchase Bioshock 2 from xbox.com?
Are you able to download other games and/or demos from your console? How about from xbox.com?
